Booking questions
For guaranteed availability we recommend booking 24–48 hours ahead, especially for airport runs and recurring trips. That said, we welcome same-day requests and will always do our best to get a vehicle to you quickly — calling is fastest for urgent trips.
We accept standard payment methods, and we support NDIS participants (plan-managed and self-managed) as well as WA Passenger Transport Subsidy Scheme (PTSS) travellers — up to 75% off eligible fares. Let us know your funding when booking and we'll handle the invoicing or receipts for you.
Yes. Standing bookings are ideal for dialysis, therapy, work or day programs. Tell us your schedule and we'll arrange the same reliable, accessible transport each time.
