You can book by phone, through our online enquiry form, or via WhatsApp. For guaranteed availability we recommend booking 24–48 hours ahead, but we welcome same-day requests and standing bookings for regular trips wherever a vehicle is available.
There is no accessibility surcharge, no call-out fee and no surge pricing. Metro trips run on the WA Government maximum metered rates: a $5.60 flagfall plus $2.20 per kilometre on weekday Tariff 1, so a 10 km trip comes to about $27.60 before waiting time. A purple PTSS card pays 75% of that, up to a $35 subsidy, when you travel in your wheelchair in a wheelchair accessible taxi. Rates checked August 2026 and reviewed annually.
Yes. We provide transport for NDIS participants and work with both plan-managed and self-managed participants. We can invoice your plan manager directly or provide receipts for self-managed claims. If you're unsure how your transport funding works, our team is happy to talk it through.
Yes, we welcome PTSS members. The PTSS replaced the former TUSS scheme in 2025 and gives eligible Western Australians living with disability a subsidy of up to 75% off taxi fares. Rates and eligibility are set by the WA Department of Transport, so please confirm your current entitlement when booking.
Absolutely. Our wheelchair accessible vehicles are designed with seating for carers, support workers, family members and companions to travel comfortably alongside you.
Yes. Our vehicles use ramps or hydraulic hoists to accommodate manual and powered wheelchairs as well as mobility scooters, with certified tie-down restraints so you remain safely secured for the whole trip. Let us know your equipment when booking so we send the right vehicle.
